Cancellation Policy

We request a 24 hour notice on cancellations. Due to the time reserved for your package, failure to cancel may result in a fee. Any parties must pay in advance.

Arriving Late

If you are more than 10 minutes late you may have to reschedule your appointment. Though we will try to accommodate you, it may be impossible. Please understand we need to respect the time of the next scheduled client.

Refunds or Exchanges

We do not provide a refund for any service rendered. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our staff is willing to accommodate you.

Opened Products

Once an item is purchased and opened, it may not be returned for sanitary reasons. This includes nail products, hair products and brushes.


Payment is to be paid in full at the time of service. We accept: cash and personal checks. A fee will be added to your bill for a returned check.

At this time we do not accept credit cards. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
